In order to switch off auto renewal, please follow the steps below to ensure no future payments will occur:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to 'Settings'.
3. Click 'Edit' next to 'My Membership'.
4. Next to 'Membership Expires' on you can switch off Auto Renewal.
Please note: Renewal linked to payments from Google and/or Apple can not be switched off by our Support Team. In order to make sure your membership won’t renew, please contact Google’s and/or Apple’s Support team.
